Inspired by the history and traditions of Valencia’s fishing culture, Netscapes proposes a flexible, modular intervention at the city’s marina. By reinterpreting the fisherman’s net as an architectural element, the project introduces a tent-like shading structure suspended by light metal poles, creating fluid, shaded pathways and gathering spaces. The design includes a renovated exhibition building, an added library and event hall, and a metal-frame platform above the historic ramp, all using lightweight, removable structures that preserve the site’s heritage.
