Developed during an intensive design-build workshop led by TAKK (Mireia Luzárraga & Alejandro Muiño), the Fall Pavilion is a collaborative, site-specific structure created on the rooftop of Elisava. Inspired by catenary systems and radical architecture of the 60s and 70s, the project explores the political dimension of construction through hands-on experimentation and collective authorship.
Working within a horizontal framework, participants engaged in all phases, from design to fabrication, creating a canopy that accommodates both intimate and communal activities. The pavilion embraces impermanence, adaptability, and inclusivity, reflecting TAKK’s commitment to ecological and socially engaged spatial practices.
